Red i Solutions was started to expand the DigiCall Group’s claims reach into a much larger area of short term claims administration to include motor, non-motor and all risks type claims.  The formation of Red i Solutions also represent the group’s commitment  to  transformation within the BPO space. Red i Solution is a BEE business with 26% of the business being black owned. Red i Technology is a division of Red i Solutions and also represents the groups Information Technology capability.  

Since the inception of this business, almost 3 years ago, we have steadily grown our claims First Notification of Loss to more than 100 000 new transactions per annum. We handle more than 50 0000 claims from cradle to grave taking care of our clients processing needs through our sophisticated administration system in a completely paperless environment.

We have acquired and developed our claims handling staff and management team to ensure that the team has the depth of expertise in insurance claims as well as operational efficiency to handle the pressures of our high volume claims handling environment.
